Your phone is not set to Off Hook Ring mode
To fix:
- Press the Menu key - [Menu}
- Choose option 3 - [Settings]
- Choose option 2 - [Off Hook Ring]
- Press 2 to Enable
- Press OK
- Press the Back key 2x
